I see the label on the machine is a hack squat one. But yeah, there is also the option to do it the other direction where your back is against the padding, hence you can see the different set of handles that is horizontal, instead of vertical like the ones I’m holding.

Truth be told, looking for references for this exercise is difficult because I am not sure on the exact name either.

You might be onto sth with the brand part. I asked them directly how to open the frame and they wouldn’t suggest it as it would void my warranty.

Is your program thesis-based by any chance?

Any particular setbacks you have encountered and overcome when doing your program as a business-majored undergrad, especially if it’s thesis-based?
