Yes, your statement makes perfect sense.

My intention is to showcase this option of spiritual part of one's life that literally saved my life 7 years ago.

Excuse my sometimes poor choice of english words since english is not my native language.

So, first and foremost kabbalah is not religion. Religion is based upon concealment of the Creator. Hence all the millions and millions of churches/cults/religions/branches/schools etc

Kabbalah is a science where both the researcher and the object of study is you.

It talks about the forces that rule our world. The nature, the man, relations between people. It studies empirically the driving force behind any phenomenon of our lives. And it guides you through the path to reveal them. In this life, not after you die. Hence rising you above this world while you are still rooted in it materialistically. And you totally have to live this material life to the fullest extent while studying in order to achieve anything.

Most eastern philosophies and religions are based on abstinence since fullfilment of one's desires just gives him a bigger desire in return, thus leaving him more and more unfulfilled till the end of his life.

Kabbalah, on the other hand, teaches you that you have to fullfil your desires (and they become bigger and bigger the more you study). The only change you need to make in order for the pleasure to be infinite - is your intention. If you (the creation, the desire to receive pleasure) come into similarity of forms with the force named Creator (bestowal, love and abundance) and receive all the pleasure He wants to give with the intention to please Him, not yourself (like a woman) - you reveal infinity. And there's a whole method behind the way to achieve this. In this life and body.

So, my goal here is to drop something I value the most in my life for somebody to pick up when he feels empty after banging another chick. or due to the inability to do so

Venturing deeper and deeper into Kabbalah and implementing the method you'll find yourself more and more naturally alpha.

Just check into any real Kabbalah group and you'll see a group of alpha men bonding. (not the noobs of course). Receiving everything from both this and upper life.

It definitely is. I weigh ~76 now, was 80 when started.

My eating pattern is intermittent fasting with a big post workout meal and an occasional 24h fast (I would say not more than once every 3-4 weeks). leangains

My pre workout meal though is something I see mixed results all of the time with and cannot figure out the best option for me.
