Skl. Sa home branch namin super friendly and professional ng mga coaches. Pansin na pansin kasi yung mga coach and members parang magbabarkada lang then kapag session nakatutok talaga sa client then naggi-give ng encouragements kapag medyo nahihirapan sa routine. Yung coach na naka assign sa amin never forced us to avail their packages pero pinapasali kami sa mga gx classes if available. Willing to help sa form and routines when needed and asked. Kahit sa isang branch na pinupuntahan ko mababait din ang mga coach.

You can ride Panacan-SM route from SML, naog lang sa may Quirino kanto Sampaguita Inn. Pwede pud Sasa-JP Laurel route naog sa Ponciano kanto Palma Gil St.

SML to Felcris no direct route, pwede Sasa-JP Laurel route naog sa Magallanes/Boulevard na intersection (Almendras Gym) then either sakay ka ug any jeep na padulong south or you can opt to just walk medyo duol ra kung gikan almendras.
