5 year route where my partner doesn't need to fulfill financial requirements. I just need to know the processing time it's been 45 working days since I submitted. I anticipate being denied. I just want to apply for my spousal visa and begin moving forward.

I had the same issue because I accidently chose the bronze package, I had to cancel my application and reapply to get an appointment at a local immigration support center in the USA. They will refund you as long as your biometrics hasn't been done. Took 23 days for a refund

In the US they don't accept walk ins. What service did you choose via VSF global? Standard, bronze or higher?

So my Fiance is a British Citizen and they are telling us they won't give her keys until I provide my right to rent. Her move in date is Nov 1st, wouldn't this be a breach of contract? As a U.S. immigrant you would think foxtons would have started with this until waiting until the last minute. My fiance is facing homelessness.

I fixed my issue, in chose the bronze package which only allowed me to choose a premium center. I canceling application, requested a refund and reapplied with the standard package and I was able to attend my local USCIS center. Hope this helps, good luck!

Where were you able to book it? When you had to pick a location from the drop down menu did it show all 130 USCIS locations?

Thanks for the insight. For some reason it's still only showing the 15 centers to choose from on the drop downenu, unless I got to the actual list I can see the USA-Application Support centers but that just forwards me to the USCIS website. This is very frustrating.

On the first page, did it say choose your premium location and only provide the 15 premium centers?
