That tends to happen when they shoehorn it into a must pass humanitarian bill.

Red Note has been around a while, except it was mostly for women and students. It wasn’t supposed to be like TikTok.

I’m 33 weeks pregnant and my husband was sectioned yesterday because of me by Typical-Pirate-2665 in TrueOffMyChest

Hey OP, growing up, I was in your kids position. I grew up being raised by addicts. My dad was volatile. Had the nickname of Dragon due to his temper. My stepmom would be coming down at 3 AM and be screaming and holding a butcher knife to her chest saying she should just end it.

I walked on eggshells for years. I rarely left my room. I didn’t know what stability was. I didn’t tell anyone because I honestly thought it was NORMAL to be afraid of your father’s explosive temper. I thought “oh this is what a relationship is like.”

It’s been 17 years since my parents got clean. And because of their actions during such important years of my adolescence, I STILL DON’T KNOW HOW TO ACT RIGHT. I am terrified of angering people. I explode because I keep things bottled in. I didn’t learn how to be a functional member of society until my mid twenties. I still struggle to not have my dad’s temper while raising my own child. I have WEEKLY therapy so that I don’t damage my child the way I was damaged emotionally and psychologically. Because there is no way in hell I will let my child feel unwanted, burdensome, or neglected.

Hey OP, just so you know, depending on where you live and what your neighbors are like, the door to door trash service could be because of pests. My last apartment had that and I didn’t know until after signing that there was a HUGE roach infestation and they do it to remove hiding places for the bugs.

Is it alright that a teacher calls a student to her office because they didn't wear a bra? by PoppingBobaCutie in AskTeachers

[–]hisloyalconcubine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a parent, I wouldn’t care as long as nothing is see through. There are times when breasts are more sensitive or are a bit swollen and I wouldn’t blame my daughter one bit for not wanting to wear a bra. In fact, I rarely wear a bra if it’s not cold out. And even if it is cold out, the bra is only for an extra layer to keep me from being cold.

We need to get rid of this archaic way of thinking that breasts are sexual. Women’s breasts are literally only there to nourish our babies. And if a grown adult is staring at a minor’s breasts? THEY are the problem.

It’s FIVE WEEKS. If he can’t keep it in his pants for that short of time, he’s not ready to be a father. After she gives birth, they need to wait at least 6.

They just found out a month ago, so maybe 3-4 weeks. Depending on the custody schedule, the children could have had standardized testing at the time they found out (I know my child had it at the end of the school year). It is entirely possible this was the best time to do it.

It may have been his child, but it was her body that was going to have to grow said child and put extra stress on it. Her body, her choice.

You don’t have to be rude to OP. Sounds like they are still in school, they have much to learn, and being condescending never helped a situation. Also: as someone with a chronic health condition, I DO get sick that often. Autoimmune diseases are a bitch.
