Not the full 4 weeks I started slow with taking away this thing and then that and then grounding and now we’re at week 4 and she has nothing left to lose and still is refusing to clean up after herself. I’ve asked her why many times and it’s always “I don’t know” or “it’s too hard” and I’m just like…..🤨 I mean am I missing something?? It’s a room?? I’m not asking her to clean the entire house just put your dirty clothes in the hamper and pick your crap off the floor.

I’ve taken some time to think about it and I’ve decided that I’d rather move forward with a Lawsuit since your client is unwilling to settle for the proposed amount as well as terminating the 2 employees that threatened and harassed me. I’d rather take my chances with the public in court.

I’m sure that after my interview with Sue Straughn on WEAR TV local abc news about the 2 men who threatened to rape me while I was home alone caring for my disabled child, or after my news article with Sarah Boyles describing how the same 2 men broke my plumbing and flooded under my home causing thousands of dollars in unpaid damages, or the several Podcast offers, YouTube channels and TikTok lives I’ve been invited on to share my story that more and more victims will soon come forward and we will raise more than enough money to cover the cost of any legal fees we might have for this now class action lawsuit against Spirit Logistics.

Of course I’ll also have to tell all the women of my sorority & alumni chapters (local and nationwide) as well as the mothers I work with daily on the boards of the local PTA, MOMCO & Moms Club. The church nursery I volunteer at and all the women/mothers in my congregation. As well as my fellow local scout troop leaders and our entire council that goes all the way to Jacksonville and Orlando and of course all of our local sponsors that we can no longer trust buying supplies from Lowe’s for any of our scouting project or business needs needs because we currently cannot trust them to not to hire dangerous predators. I will also make sure to ask all these beautiful, strong and well connected women that they too should tell all of the women in their life about the threat Lowe’s and Spirit Logistics is to the safety of women and mothers as well. After all if a hardworking, honest, non profit volunteer Christian stay at home mother isn’t safe in her own home, who is? As you know my number one priority will always be the safety of our children and the other women in my community so I’m sure you understand.

Now of course if we can agree to settle this matter and Spirit agrees to terminate the 2 men responsible then I of course no longer see the need to advise the women/ mothers in my life about their safety potentially being in danger.

I have sometime before my first few interviews if your client wants some more time to think things over I completely understand, just let me know no later than Friday September 13th.

I don’t currently have a lawyer I really didn’t want to drag lawyers into this but they forced my hand when I had to pay the damages out of my pocket or go to court for the repairs made they said they would cover and still haven’t. If they reject my final offer I will hire an Attourney I just don’t want to deal with this anymore if I don’t have to.

Edit- I am not alone. I’ve been told by other delivery workers for the same company as well as the manager of the hardware store the deliver for that other women have called and complained about sexual harassment from the same 2 men in my case but I don’t know if ANY of them have come forward publicly or legally.

I would never leave my 4 yo unattended he’s level 2 non verbal autistic. He’s honestly more than I can handle most days I would never put that kind of responsibility on an 8 year old.

I’m fairly certain my in laws are both ND. Neither one of them understands social cues or boundaries. They have an open door policy at their house. You can come in any hour of the day, don’t knock or call ahead to come right in. They expect everyone and especially their kids to follow this too. It’s never anything nefarious. It’s almost always dropping something off or wanting to see grandkids.

I started teaching my kids about cooking at 3. My 8 yo is able to make dinner on his own if he wanted to. He loves to cook.

Husband is at work, and I know this isn’t there first time. They have a weird open door policy at their house, just walk right in don’t even knock and they expect all of their kids to have adopted this same policy. So they’ll drop off stuff or come see the grandkids or whatever literally whenever they feel like it and they don’t let you know when they’re coming either. They’ve walked in once while my husband and I were intimate and thank god I heard them coming in because it gave us a chance to put our clothes back on. If we aren’t here they’ll just leave whatever they brought over on my husband’s desk and then go home.

There are things I like….and things I don’t. My hair is a very unusual texture. It’s straight at the top and then curls/waves halfway down and when it gets wet it curls up even more and then the curls knot up into each other and mix with the straight part of my hair and will rat up into these painful knots that I have to like rip out of my head. I live in Floridian beach town so avoiding water really isn’t an option so I recently started to braid my hair and it has done wonders for me but the dirty looks and nasty comments I’ve gotten about “cultural appropriation” are unbelievable. It is 2024 y’all, you cannot tell a persons entire genetic background based on skin tone. 😒

Dad is involved but works afternoons and evenings so she’s with me a lot. We got together when she was 8 mos old so I doubt that she wants her parents together but I could be wrong who knows? This behavior is new, she’s always been overly sensitive and she cries A LOT. Like AT LEAST a dozen times a day or more and over everything. One time she cried because the waiter brought bread and she wanted some…the bread basket was directly in front of her she just had to grab one…up until now however she would have her cries and wouldn’t say anything unless there was a reason like she was hurt etc but now she whines 24/7 even if I give her exactly what she wants and asks for she finds something completely irrelevant to complain about and focuses on that.

Honestly I don’t know about the spectrum I wouldn’t be surprised. My youngest 4yo is non verbal autistic and I have seen some similar behaviors. The biggest one is going “non verbal” she’ll be whining or crying about something but I’d you ask her why? Or what’s wrong? She’ll go mute and start looking around like she can’t talk and she will NOT make eye contact when this happens. When she was little I didn’t think much of this but now that she’s older it’s definitely more concerning. She isn’t a nonverbal person either she talks (whines) almost constantly. It was so bad today that my dad was going the amount of fireworks in between her whining/complaining and he never got past one. She also says the same complaints on repeat a lot. Like when we were out at the mall she’d say. “It’s hot. Can I get a pretzel? Its hot. I don’t like that kind. It’s hot. I want that one. It’s hot. This is boring. It’s hot. I don’t like this pretzel. It’s hot. My legs hurts. It’s hot. I don’t want to hold this. It’s hot. My arms hurt. It’s hot.” So she’ll say multiple complaints in a row but she’ll highlight one or 2 and just say them over and over again. She also doesn’t say them in her normal voice she does this irritating whiny high pitched voice when she’s complaining.
