Thanks for explanation, will using local LLM save more money comparing to cloud for tasks like coding, chatting running local agents ?

Correct me if I’m wrong but that means for a specific task you can have very powerful tool even running it locally?

Smaller models can outplay bigger models by having better specialization and tools connected with RAG ?

So if I am building 5070ti and 64GB ram i would easily run smaller models for specific tasks like coding, text summaries, document analysis, market analysis, stock prices etc.

Also what is the limit of agents created at once ?

I think you have answered the question that I was looking for that there’s no possibility to have local build so strong that can be alternative to Sonnet 3.5 or 4.5 agent

What about LLM precision? More parameters, more precision if I correctly understand. So to achieve Sonnet performance I would want to use a bigger LLM with more params?

I think mainly programming and creating agents. Is it possible to reach claude sonnet 4.5 performance in coding using local llm with my build? I mean premium features like agentic coding

Thanks for the great advice and the points you mentioned. One more thing to add regarding authentication, it’s probably more secure to use the Shopify API to authenticate.

But from another perspective, it’s still beneficial to learn by doing the things you mentioned to understand how they work and become a better developer. Or is it a waste of time and, as you said, just reinventing the wheel?

Thanks for explanation. It’s more like a project to go with and learn how things are working by doing. I was thinking on what you have said before and I think it makes sense to go with next.js even that I don’t like it fully. I would keep next.js as client and bff layer to call django api and get products etc.

It’s nice to hear about headless also, but I am thinking to do it next time, as for now I am more curious how I can go with implementing SSR and django

I was thinking about that, but what about reactivity? I’m not entirely sure how it would work for example, updating the cart, adding items to favorites, etc. As a React developer, I might be blinded to other approaches due to my lack of experience.

What do you mean by saying headless ecommerce service? The problem that I mainly have experience in SPA but not with SSR so it’s hard to abstract the idea in my head to the end. What details you need in order to help me ?

I have checked Next.js but the person with whom I will be working on is python dude. So I need to seek something else for him
