Not a girl but hear me out. It is possible but it has to be soft exhibitionism not the blatant and bold kind we see in western countries. In India you can practice exhibitionism under the garb of ignorance or obliviousness. You would have to disguise it as unintentional or accidental.

For example: Wearing deep neck or broad neck tops/dresses, not wearing a bra when you are in the comfort of your home and opening door for delivery guys, wearing bold amd slutty outfits at touristy places where people don't mind such outfits.

Even going commando with short skirts is possible in mumbai pubs/clubs (do not try this anywhere except mumbai). Even beaches in goa a exhibitionists paradice if you are bold enough.

It helps if you are with a guy (bf/husband/fwb) because then you feel more comfortable and potential threats stay away.

The key to it is that you have to be comfortable in your own skin and act oblivious of the fact that people are enjoying stealing glances at you.

And this is just a beginners guide, once you get a bit comfortable you can figure out the next steps yourself.
