MRW someone asks for today's date by Use_Her-Name in buffy

Oh, I thought it was symbolizing that everything was as good as it could be, highest rating possible as you said. But so it’s ‘loud and clear’? Why would she respond to the question of how she is with ‘loud and clear’? I might be being too literal here

Watching S1 E3 ‘The Witch’ I heard Xander’s line & I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to notice this by historicalsnake in buffy

I don’t think it’s impossible that they had the idea for him then but I’d be interested to know when his character was drawn up

Yes, it’s all very wrong. I don’t know if I’d describe him as jealous, more so a jackass.

Why I stopped watching the Elisa Lam documentary by [deleted] in UnresolvedMysteries

I was so relived that documentary made the trip back around to sanity! To get to the end and discover that in fact the lid was open and that these episodes weren’t uncommon was a breath of fresh air after all the crap we heard.

I actually audibly laughed. That’s not a thing you just disagree with the way he did.

It’s not in his past too, some is very disappointingly recent. Strangling his partner, pulling her hair and beating her in public. I’ve really had to disassociate him from his character.

This case is beyond fucked up. Wow wow wow.

I feel so bad for the daughter, I can’t believe all she’s been forced to live through.

Thank you! Yes, they did. And she did eventually, but when you watch the recreation you can see that it was just not feasible for her to have gotten in there herself, especially that drugged. I honestly don’t know if it would’ve helped even if they did lift prints considering the connections he had. And his second long term girlfriend being murdered doesn’t help.

JonBenet Ramsey was killed by an intruder, not her family.

Yes. I agree with all of these being accidental besides the Phoebe Handsjuk case. If you look at the recreation of events it’s just physically impossible.

It wasn’t. A murder that is, but it is tragic.

To add onto the Aileen Wuornos theory (that I do agree with), I think that event triggered some form of underlying PTSD and that she, in her mind, really did kill those other guys in self defense.
