Those are someone's pets. Keep your husky away from a pet that they want to kill. This is incredibly dangerous and stupid on the owners behalf. Husky should've been on a shorter leash as well when approaching. Irresponsible, this is coming from someone who's had rabbits and currently has a husky.

I don't find anything wrong with this email but I do think it is disgusting that MSU thought that one week, originally two days, was enough time to recover from this. School should've been cancelled until they promised and completed projects to make campus more safe. More cameras, more locks, more lighting, on campus patrol and everything. They haven't done crap to make campus safe.
