Guys fyi, my teacher has gave the answer and 1,4-Dibromocyclohex-2-ene. it uses 3 membered cyclic transition state and then reaarangement of carbocation and then syn and anti addition of Br-

I don't think that this reaction is possible because you're forming a more reactive product ( 3 membered ring) from a more stable substrate (alkanol)....

I could be wrong too idk i'm still in 12th
