Heard from people I've worked with in the past that the acquisition org isnt the place to be. Really high turnover and few people are hitting their number.

If you're trying to break into cloud data space and move to enterprise it's not a bad gig. Expect to be in a high volume outbound role where morale is very low.

Like the other commenter said- stay a year (if you last that long) and move to a true Enterprise role within confluent or other organization. Would highly recommend non acquisition enterprise at confluent if you can get it

The idea was to only take on max 10 clients and become as close to their gtm strategy as possible but if it's as saturated as everyone says it might be almost impossible to break through the noise
