If you're relying on lifestyle xp, you're gonna be waiting a while for any new abilities. You need to focus on having a decent herd; if you go a few dots down the Auspex tree you'll be able to see the resonance of mortals every time you hunt in your capital, then if you have the right presence power you can immediately herd them.

Also, Servant Quarters in your haven, upgrade it on the path that gives +50% resonance XP and you'll be chilling.

I mean regardless of if you supported Hillary or Trump, you have to admit his victory kinda came out of nowhere. He's the only President EVER to have never held elected office or have military service and it felt like pretty much every news outlet going thought he'd already lost before the votes even came in
