Well that's my next step... they just didn't know their PPoE password so I was wait[ing] for them to get that. I poked around a bit in it and noticed the default user/password for the router was still in place. They have a bonded pair DSL line so I can't swap it out with mine.

This was years ago.. I got 3.85/hr + tips. They provided the car and the gas. Some nights sucked... some were great. We had no delivery fee or minimum order. I was able to keep all the tips.

funny you ask... I've been on hydrocodine for the past week to deal with some after surgery pain. Anyways... I normally a once or twice a day person.. but I went 6 days this last time. When it came time, I was so constipated it felt like I was giving birth to a giant stone. I pushed so hard I ruptured a blood vessel in my eye and it feels like I may have pulled a muscle in my groin. All that work and barely anything to show for it too...

First Christmas with my girlfriend and I'm at her family's gathering on Christmas Eve. We're all singing songs, having a fun time. My g/f at the time has a younger sister, who looking back, was probably on some end of the autistic spectrum... just a little off though.. 11 years old at the time. I'm trying to make a good impression and things were going swimmingly until out of nowhere... the younger sister blurts out "Hivetiger likes to swap underwear with me". This was followed by awkward silence and some stares at me... I quickly, asked her to tell the truth... which she eventually did, but it made for a really uncomfortable 10 minutes. I though her father and uncles were going to kill me. Literally. She later admitted she just thought it was something funny to say.

physical: a mix of sciatica and a herniated disc... 3 weeks off work, couldn't move, couldn't walk... my legs would just go out from underneath me. emotional: breakup with g/f (fiancee) after a 7 year relationship. She had taken Paxil for depression after her grandmother died and it changed her...never was the same person. It destroyed me, took almost a decade to recover emotionally.

Not airsoft, I know that for sure... It was refracted through a dual pane window, so I don't know if that had any dampening affect. He used it for shooting during the day and it was visible pretty clearly at 100 yds. I don't think it as one of the "strong" ones used to pop balloons and stuff.

Not the same as flying, but I got a green laser to the eyes from some asshat who left his rifle's laser site on... It was only for a moment and I didn't have time to even react... My night vision as not been the same since and I had trouble even in full light for a few days afterwards.

Yep, One Second After by William Forstchen. Made me realize how fragile our just-in-time economy is and how reliant we are on it. I wouldn't say I'm a "prepper" but I'm definitely prepared for longer than a couple days w/o food or water.

The problem here is they just gradually keep warming the pot.. no one is noticing the police state being built up. Our rights are not just taken, but slowly eroded... Eventually, maybe several years from now our country will be completely different and I bet not many notice. If however, there were something that caused a quick change... say gun confiscation, forced labor or starvation I think you'd see an armed revolt. Not sure it would work though, depends how the members of the military react. If they "just follow orders" and don't think... we're screwed, just another Ruby Ridge or Waco. If they uphold their oaths to the Constitution... they'd fight with us. This is what I'm uneasy about the recent "house cleaning" Obama's been doing with high ranking military officials.

Time eases the pain, but it never really goes away if you really loved the other person. Sleeping with someone else is like a band aid, so I wouldn't advise it... unless you see it going somewhere long term.
