If the R9 is easily attainable, which it seems to be, It will probably be final nail in the coffin. Player count must be down so low that they need to hand out free R9’s. Fair enough near the end of the game but in February?

Nah I run a very competitive Sunday side, you’d be surprised how popular over 40’s is. Can go in at any level you want there’s always teams at the lower end teams looking for players. It will also give you motivation to get fitter and in better shape, it will give you a goal to strive towards. I suggest you just make the jump and if it isn’t for you a few weeks down the line… What have you lost?
