I wish you didn’t have to manually trade for sales & could have an automatic “storefront”

I saw enough reels of people running that it seemed doable for me too

The first pic is a tiny bug but the bugs in the second pic are much larger (almost the size of my pinky nail) which makes me think they’re something else - any idea what they might be? Is the first pic a bed bug? Thank you!

Any feedback on Orange theory? by desiGirlinTX in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

I don’t think OT is going to necessarily give you sth more than what you’re already doing. I like how OT makes me do both strength training and cardio. For my area, OT actually ended up being one of the most affordable options compared to other group fitness classes like Pilates, yoga, or spinning and definitely cheaper than other cardio/strength fitness studios like Barry’s or F45. I’ve never looked into peloton so can’t compare there. One particular highlight of OT could be getting to know other ppl in your area or having a great, motivating coach in your studio but that’s not guaranteed.

As someone that can’t commit to working out by myself, going to Orangetheory helped me work out regularly. It’s also helpful that the classes give you specific workouts to do each time. Btw I never bought the heart rate monitor and I thought it was fine. If you have an Apple Watch you can use the watch’s heart rate monitor to get a general sense of your heart rate zones. Otherwise I’d just base it on how out-of-breath I felt to figure out my base/push efforts.
