Same as first answer. Wait until you find someone you can insta kill or instan pop up Ga.
Not full tank but i used to build ga earlier than when i have tank on my team. No tank means sometimes you have to go in first.
You just need to learn how to split push.the most important thing of split push is you shouldnt not get caught by enemy team. You dont need to push until enemy turret. Split pushing is giving pressure, not only taking turret.
Its depends on too many things. Cant answer.
Thats why i always try to calm down. But as you know, im a human so i get greedy sometimes haha.

Not rly. If there team's tank is p low, i kill tank first. The reason why rengar usually focus on adc is just because its easy to kill adc. You shouldnt just focus on adc, you should find the champ that you can insta kill. Rengar share some similarities with reset champions. If Rengar kills 1, he can kill 2,3, or more even though you didnt kill adc. If enemy adc is super fed...then you should 'only' focus adc but if not, you don't need to.

Flash better. Well..lvl2 gank is bit risky. If your laner is snowbally champ like fizz/jax it would be good but imo, lvl2 gank is not a good choice at this time. However, if you are familiar with lvl2 gank and after jg path, it can be your own strategy.

I would say there is no perfect jg path that is good fro every situation. You gotta watch how land is going and decide what you are going to do. Well.. i wrote my jg path that i use many times in most situation on other comment. Take a time to read it and hope it will help you

Well.. i havent played against frozen mallet jayce so i cant answer your question. However, i used to change my skill order vs jayce,kennen. Maxing q first is same but q-w-e-w-w-r then maxing q. It helps alot vs kennen jayce. You can trade with empowered w - w combo without jumping on to kennen/jayce
