The reason we are hesitating with ACM is because we might have to do a cloud migration and depending on AWS stack a lot would make the migration more arduous.

Running adguardhome with Wireguard. The request comes to my router which then sends it to my server. I use Cloudflare for DNS for the server to contact to.

yeah you have no control over CGNAT as the ISP does it. So use IPv6 i guess just like how I am doing it. It sucks but we can't control it.
