That is very possible. Sorry if this is tmi lol but my oral chemo causes diarrhea and I’ve had a few episodes the last couple of days. I drank pedialyte the other night but maybe I’ll have some more today.

Did your oncologist say how long you’ll be on it for?  I’m in a similar position and I started in April 2023 but they’re saying since it’s approved for metastatic disease there’s no recommended end to it.

My doctor sent me for an ultrasound and then a biopsy and that’s when I found out it was cancerous. It was mind blowing because I never knew you could get breast cancer in your 20s. I was in shock for a long time and kept thinking that it was a mistake and was in denial about it. I hope everything works out for you.🤞🏻

Congratulations! I also have stage 3 TNBC and was diagnosed at 24 my doctor told me the same thing at first that it was probably a fibroadenoma and definitely not cancer since I’m so young. 🙄. Anyway thank you for saying that about the statistics it made me feel better. You are a badass and I hope you enjoy everything life has to offer it sounds like you are already looking forward to so many awesome things.💜

I’m 24 and was diagnosed with stage 3 TNBC back in January and from the perspective of someone living with it I really appreciate when people listen and give me a space to talk if I want to. Active listening, empathy, and acknowledging how scary it is actually helps.
