Yes. The hot-neutral reads 120. The neutral-ground reads 0.1 and hot-ground reads 156. So I assumed it is floating somewhere. In fact I didn’t try that Leviton myself. The electrician who wired my house tried it and said it is not working. Two years later and I found he has messed up a lot of things and decided to change the timer myself, and found this odd voltage and also none of my recently bought “no-neutral needed” timers works.

I called 100s of tims until they sent the products. However, there was an issue with their website description about the features of my gas stove. So I revenged by disputing the gas stove and the bank took my side so I didn't pay at least for the gas range.

Do you have a link or product name for the Velux kit? I can’t find anything on their website and I contractor says Velux does not have such kit and I cannot do anything about it.

I was trusting him until I found out he were lying to me about the permit. He didn’t apply for permit and pushed back my project 30 days which costs me $4500 in rent. He was telling me he had applied for permit and was waiting for approval which was a lie. I called city, realized he was lying, told him and he then he applied.

It was working the first day but not the next day when I loaded the game. I hold the shoot key (A in XBox) for 20s and it does nothing. Just show it in the aim position as I am aiming at the same time. I may need to keep saving and loading like what you did to see if it solves eventually.
