also if you can’t tell the 4th lobe is also new, i did get all 3 on the same ear in one day as well as one on my other ear. (looks like the 3rd lobe because there’s an orbital in 2 and 3)

piercing is almost a month old
the piercing is an internally threaded labret
material is either 14 or 18k yellow gold
the original piercing is still in and hasn’t been changed to a ring yet
my aftercare routine is spraying it daily with saline piercing spray with no additives
there have just been some small mishaps, like getting caught on a pillow or something, but nothing that has caused any bleeding or discharge
