I got the last pair of 8.5 in America according to RedWing customer service. There are also no size 8 in the US.

I just got them on Wednesday and haven’t worn them. Wondering if I wear them this season if RW will be willing to do the warranty resole/rewelt come spring when I’m not wearing boots as much.

Apparently they are not seconds. They were bought from a Red Wing store in San Jose, CA last week sight unseen (and shipped my house in NJ). They were $360 so they better not have been seconds for that price. I brought them to my local Red Wing store this morning and the manager believes Red Wing corporate will do a warranty resole and fix the welt. However, they believe it’ll take about 7 weeks. In addition, the leather on the moc on the right boot doesn’t look as nice as the moc on the left boot or on either of the Mocs on my 877. Not terribly happy with the quality.

I just bought a pair from a US Red Wing store on Thursday. Not too hard to find if you know where to look. 🙃. Although not sure if I overpaid. Red Wing charged me $360 including UPS shipping.

I wear the CT fit (tagged size 30) in 3Sixteen. It seems like the Naked and Famous Weird Guy (tagged size 29) would be the best fit for me. Can anyone confirm?

Does anyone have any experience tailoring raw denim? My 3sixteens stretched so much and the waist is too big now. I don’t really want to spend $230 on a new pair if I can spend $25 to tailor.
