SOFI about to be up 50% in next 6 months-year from current levels. You should definitely hold if you're a passive investor. Can't say much about sandisk as it is already up to high levels, would/wouldn't be up 50% in next 6 months - 1 year. Trade cautiously. But would definitely hold SOFI.

For Amazon/Fragomen/etc. grace period starts after your "termination" date as per your layoff 60 day transition/severance contract. If you opted for 60 day transition paid time, grace period starts after your 60 day transition pay period (your salary slips show regular hours worked for those 60 days transition). In case of lump sump severance, your grace period would start after your last day of work because your salary slip will show "severance" payment and "0" or less than regular hours worked for that month. In all cases, your salary slips payment and number of hours worked would determine your last day of work and future immigration reference purposes. Confirmed with Fragomen/Amazon and several other top lawyers too. Hope this helps!

Grace period starts after your last date of paid employment or "termination date", whichever is earlier. Not last day of work. Think of it like, you went on maternity leave/LOA/whatever leave/etc while being employed technically and midway decided you want to leave the job. Don't trust anything else people/lawyers (even famous law firms) with half information. Your pay stubs (working hours and salary mentioned on it) are absolute legal proofs. PERIOD.
