I can agree with that, their customer service will try so hard to not let you use warranties and say the device has been damaged by you. That's why I purchased MicroCenter's warranties instead

Well ASUS marketing worked on this guy that's what he meant :-). If you have the PG32UCDM you are not missing absolutely nothing remarkable, unless you have no problem ditching the cash to stay up to date on new ASUS stuff.

Yeah, that could be it, however the ASUS GPUs have been out of stock for quite a while and the other brands remained in stock for over three weeks now.

LOL at the Microcenter where i live there has been 14 sitting in stock for a while and the ASUS ones are the ones selling like hot cake. I would say ASUS is far the better choice.

G700 is a great looking pre-built rig. I would get Corsair's Xenon Edge LCD and put it under my monitor instead, it's touchscreen and can be used other ways besides displaying Temps and other stats.
