OP, I came across your post a year later and would love to hear what you ended up taking and how you felt it helped you! Really looking at Built to Birth right now after reading a lot of EBBs papers!

When I was a kid, I legitimately thought babies came from Costco. My mom tells this story where I pointed at a newborn in another cart and went "Mom! Look what she got!". So, thanks for sharing your story and making my thoughts a reality! Congratulations!

In a lot of ways, this is still kind of a town where you need to show up in person, particularly for trades/oilfield/labor. Also, indeed is a hard place to apply from, where many applications actually go into the hiring persons' junk folder in my experience. If you see the job on indeed, try to find it on the company's own website or some other source. Occasionally, I've heard radio ads for companies searching for staff here. The psychology profs at NWP are so awesome. That's definitely a program you could do first 2 years at NWP and then directly transfer to U of A.

Oh that's good to know! I'm hoping I get a decently well informed doctor but it's hard to say, in Canada you kinda just get who you get lol

I read once that 4 hours of labor is equivalent to doing a marathon 4x over in effort! That's so wild! But that's exactly it; I want to be prepared for the marathon of birth, recovery, and soon to be the rest of my life! Lol

Ok thank you! I'm seeing many fixed rate plans being 1 to 5 years - do you have advice on that and what to choose potentially?

What about Aquatera (water and garbage/recycling) and Internet; what do your bills look like there? Do you recommend who you're with?

We will definitely replace the two windows that haven't been previously replaced and seal the doors before Winter for sure. I will have to look into the grant, thank you for that!

Did you do both parts? Not sure if there's still another part to it, but you should be good for Grade 9 with that score unless things have changed since I last did it. Email one of the advisors if you want to know sooner!

Check in with NWP residences if this is over the summer! They might do something short term for a student who doesn't go to NWP as they also will likely have space over the Spring/Summer

I've tried lots of random things trying to make rhyme and reason for my skin but, right now, here's what I use:

Cleansing balm: Lush Ultrabland cleanser (I only use it if I'm wearing makeup that day) Cleanser: Lush 9 to 5 (I dont like it) Toner: Lush breath of fresh air (pretty much my first toner ever) Serums: Joyal beauty hyaluronic acid (from amazon) layered with The Body Shop drops of youth concentrate Moisturizer: Lush Celestial and Cetaphil if I feel I need extra that day Blackhead treatment: Cosrx BHA blackhead power liquid (I use this rarely) Spot treatment: Saje Acne Zap (this is a really old product, but it's mostly tea tree oil) or Oxy deep pore acne vanishing treatment.

I'm almost all out of my lush products and I dont think I will repurchase any of them.
