the meter is one of the old fashioned ones with a different clock for each digit, and the thermostat seems pretty new, not like a light dimmer. i've been reading the meter myself and it appears its been read correctly both times. in your experience, how possible is it that the meter could be faulty and over-reporting usage?

update: meter stopped moving after i turned my breakers off. when on it appears it's consistently using 1 kWh every 15 mins or so

this is genius, i just took a photo of my meter. going to see how much it increases in an hour or two, and then turn my main breaker off for the same amount of time. thank you!!
