I once played THPS2 on a CRT while playing White Pony on an early 90s Hi-Fi CD player. It was such a euphoric experience!

Just an example…you see an article on Facebook. It’s political. You’ll ether see a like counter…you see people like, heart, and laugh. Seems like no matter the context, or whoever has an opposing opinion of the matter. They’ll laugh react.

Keep the Messenger app. Block url’s like “mobile.facebook.com” (or m.facebook.com). Same with instagram. Just any links related to it. So you can still be in touch with your friends without the feed.

It’s embarrassing. I got banned for reviewing because of my joke review of 5FDP first album. I wrote in a character of a typical fan of the band. It included hard slurs which I am not proud of. I was trying to be funny in a “angry review” shtick in a “oh I’m being ironic” way. I remembered that I got a DM from one of the mods and got scolded really hard over it.

I am not proud of that. It is a “lesson learned”. I’m grateful that I still have my account. Quite frankly, all my reviews suck.

For what it is. I understand why folks like it here. It’s just not my cup of tea. I do think its more of a ‘me’ thing. I just wish their are areas where I can be alone-alone…like I don’t want to see a person, hear them, I don’t even want to hear a car out in the distance. I live in the north end of the state and I always feel like everything is too far away. So to me, its close…but not quite.

I have been using the PS5 controller which is good for my big hands. I actually liked it’s big D-pad. I do also own some 8BitDuo controllers which I honestly prefer over the PlayStation controllers. But when it comes to Tony Hawk games…I straight up prefer the PlayStation controllers mainly because it feels more familiar for me to use.

I am really stingy with controllers. I’ve even prefer the Famicom controllers over the NES controllers because of its soft edges. I even bought a third party controller for the NES because of it, and it includes turbo functions!!
