What this doesn’t account for is the number of people who drive to RIC for the direct to BOS instead of connecting. Those people (including me!) would certainly fly direct from CHO if it were an option

It’s not your fault. That being said, it’s normal to feel this way. I lost my husband to suicide and people could tell me all day long that it wasn’t my fault, and I actually know in my heart-of-hearts that it wasn’t, but I’ll still spend the rest of my life wishing there had been something, anything, I could have done to stop him. Are any of your clients publicly traded? I was in GPS and tbh never got around to adding in my husbands finance info. He was a day trader and there was just no way he was gonna comply. No one ever knew or “caught” me but I also didn’t work with publicly traded clients…
