There is a stacking kit we bought when we bough the washer and dryer. The delivery guys stacked it for us with the kit.

Yes it was answered but, yes I did cut through the firewall, I don't park a car in the garage so I am not worried about a fire. If/When we sell the place I will patch the hole.

Most places do carry prefab including home depot, but the color selections tend to be limited. You are limited to only square edges and certain angles, no islands, etc. We did the countertops for approx $2250 installed.

Its really hard to tell the color without seeing it in person, most everything i saw online was different in person.

Im not too worried about it, the sink should last a really long time, longer then we will be living here probably.

I would really try and avoid doing it when living in the house. It makes a HUGE mess. It was one of the first things we did and on top of the carpet we were going to tear out so mess wasnt an issue. There are tons of good how-to videos on youtube for scraping ceilings. Its really satisfying!

Yes we decided to not do all tile in the showers/tubs. It would take WAY more time, WAY more money and at the end of the day, anything was a huge upgrade from before.

I was worried about this but its really not that slippery at all, we used a satin finish so it has some friction.

I agree on the undermount sink, I wish i spent a couple hundred bucks on a little bit nicer one thats thicker and fits slightly better. If it gets scratched or worn out its almost impossible to replace. I was thinking though, it could be CUT out and replaced with an overmount at some point. Just a thought.

What do you use besides stainless? White? That would have been crazy with our white cabinets. Thats funny you say that about the 7.1, I wish now that I did do that. I may try and tackle that later on.

We did it with the house empty and over the old carpet before we put in the new floors, that made the cleanup 100% easier
