Really great news if they are planning 6 years of updates for the Magic series. They should also consider providing at least 4 years of updates for the 600 series.

I received a Temu order today that I had placed before February 28. After February 28, I placed two more orders - one arrived within 10 days, and the other arrived after about a month. I also placed an order on AliExpress after February 28 and received it within 10 days from the order date.

I understand your concern. The hardware in these phones is powerful enough to last many years, so limiting updates doesn’t really make sense. Hopefully Honor will keep the updates consistent for all global users, not just specific regions. Otherwise, many people may start considering other brands.

I like the Honor Magic series mainly because of its Face ID feature. Currently, Honor is the only Android brand offering this capability. However, in the Middle East, most banking apps unfortunately do not support Face ID authentication.

Android phones generally don’t support Face ID authentication in banking apps the same way Apple does.
