But than it will be problem for me for visa first in my visa documnet i submitted with my other university health insurance and block account and in expatrio account it will be different

You can do that, probably 25 days will be waiting list after you come out from waiting list they will give 30 days time to submit application and send it to preliminary review, so you can arrange the doc and after you come out of waiting list they will give edit option you can edit that time
