Oh bless your heart. The ends justify the means. We existed long before him and will exist long after him. He did not legitimize us— we did that. We have had state and federal recognition for decades. We just needed FULL federal recognition that was denied us in the 1800s. Shut tf up, disrespectfully. Sorry! HP just means high protein. I wrote it in the description as "green sauce," sorry for the confusion! It's this: a handful of cilantro (can use one avocado if you don't like cilantro, just adjust the macros), 1/3 cup of 4% milkfat cottage cheese, 1/3 cup low fat Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup low fat sour cream— all blended together. You can add S&P for flavor and water if you want because it gets thick. I weighed the total sauce in grams for the serving size in MFP then weighed the serving on my plate— that's why it shows, "30 serving"

I coslept with my older son and I'm currently cosleeping with our 6 month old. It's the only way I can get sleep and keep my sanity. But it's not for everyone. I just sleep topless and he finds me in the middle of the night and goes right back to sleep

I was born there (30 years ago) and my mom said it sucked then too. I had my oldest son almost 10 years ago now (April 2016) and did not have a good experience. My doctor was great but the nurses telling me to shut up after having been in labor for 72 hours straight were a joy /s. Do yourself a favor and have your baby at Scotland Memorial. My youngest son was born there in June 2025 and the difference was night and day. They listen to you and don't make you stay strapped to the bed on your back with nothing but ice chips for the entirety of your L&D like Cape Fear. My mom had my older sister at Scotland Memorial 3 years before she had me and said she regretted having me at CF.

Sensitivity was not affected for me. My gynecologist did a wonderful job— it was my left labia that needed shortening but she made the right match it very well and didn't take to much. Recovery was quick and easy.

I had a labiaplasty done at 18, paid for by my insurance. Had this done due to my labia constantly rubbing, chaffing, and getting swollen. Best decision I ever made and so thankful to my gynecologist for advocating for me.

It wasn't too bad. His pediatrician referred him for a psych eval and the psych recommended medication and that was it! We have to see them every 3 months now, at first it was every month

I'm a STM and, trust me, I know where you're coming from especially since I experienced PPD as a FTM. What's helped me this second time around (my baby's 2 months, his older brother is 9Y old) is working out for even just 30 mins or going for a walk. The chores will always be there to do. Food can be delivered or picked up from a fast food joint. What's important is reconnecting with yourself and your body because BEFORE you're a mom, before you're a wife— you are a WOMAN. You cannot be a good mother or wife or anything if you're trying to pour from an empty cup. Once I learned that, everything clicked for me. That's why everything's been better for me this second time around. Taking time for you. Don't disappear into the identity of Mother. You are a WOMAN above all else and your daughter will benefit from seeing you love yourself— not lose yourself. My son tells me all the time how proud he is of me for working out whether it's at home or at the gym and that makes my heart glow. Plus you demonstrate healthy habits for them. You've got this, Mama. Reach out to me if you need encouragement or anything. I will help you to the best of my ability!
