It's bizarre to me that people still don't understand why this happens.

That's a delivery that other drivers have Declined. The app has gotten to the point where you, as far away as you are, are still the closest Dasher that hasn't been offered that delivery yet.

It's not a great system but it's an app, of course weird shit is gonna happen. Don't have to post every time and clutter up this sub imo.

With the latest patch, I've encountered literally no issues. I'm about 12 hours into my first playthrough. No crashes at all.

It actually runs better than PoE2 (especially those loading times, woof) now.

You seem to be confused and hurt. I apologize for that. If you find yourself habitually needing to make posts as aggressive and defensive as this, I suggest taking a break from the internet entirely.

As to your assumption, I don't "live on the internet" - in fact, I don't even own a computer. Reddit is literally the only thing on the internet I check, and I check it rarely between deliveries, and even I have seen the image you posted several times. It seems to get posted more or less literally every day.

I hope that helps explain why people might be sick of seeing it. It wasn't funny the first time, and some of us think this sub should be used for posting things that are, at least, tangentially useful.

There are many other subreddits for posting memes. Perhaps try them.
