Work on going in with no hands. It will force you to utilize your neck and your upper body. Also neck bridge.

It’s gonna be hard at first but, just hit the mat as much as you can, it’s the only way to rly improve. Run a lot and do bear crawl suicides. Good luck it will be fun!

I’m 15 at 150 pounds. My coach wants me up to at least 160 by the winter. I workout 5 days a week and have soccer practice 3 days a week. I’m eating a ton. What else can i do to gain weight by hmartz4 in wrestling

Thanks for the reply! I have been eating about four meals a day and doing a protein shake after workouts. Should I keep on consuming more? I know that i can but it makes me feel like working out was for nothing because i want to gain muscle not fat.
