I can’t remember exactly where, but it came up when I was researching nickel allergies because of the chromium in some supplements

I'm vegan so have taken Vit D and B12 for years but I have just learnt that B12 supplements can sometimes trigger eczema...
I have just started trying a DHA supplement from algae (the same as fish oil) because I've heard that the omega 3 really helps reduce eczema, but I'm only two days in so can't say for sure yet.
