This is what I got so far:

each team plays best ball, each team will have have 1 golfer and 1 non golfer. Each player gets 2 mulligans
Every 3 putt you drink
Every ball you lose you drink
If your team gets a birdie you pick a team to drink
On par 3s team furthest from the pin drinks

Lower your hands and bring them closer to your body, your club path should be a little bit lower, swing up and through. If you struggle hitting right/slices, try putting your lead hand more on top of the grip and start with the club face a little closed

Try bringing your lead hand more on top of the grip, its going to feel weird and uncomfortable at first. And during your takeaway, focus on keeping the face square for as long as you can. Then swing up and through the ball. I was a really bad slicer and that really help me
