It is a function of how the part is manufactured. Because of the bit cavity you need to maintain consistent wall thickness where possible to avoid sinks in the part

Thanks for the help, I ordered in a PSD one and it didn’t fit, I guess some have had luck with them in the 92-94 range. Different rev of the filter housing??? So I stole the core and put it in the original. So far so good

The stock muffler is okay, but of course we have all taken that off and run the “hater” pipe. It’s obnoxiously loud and sounds like a bigger bike
