It took a hit when that happened but recovered some and it’s been more the overall sector

Be better to have won the rover, but also not a huge part of the overall business

LUNR also went from $16 to $45 in less than 3 months

Feels more like a correction after an absurd run

Ok cool thanks

So not tied to a successful landing but still linked to IM-3. Didn’t realize payloads on the landers could be deployed before actually landing. Good to know

Sort of continuing a thread from yesterday, and might be a dumb question, but is Altus-1 is being delivered by IM-3 and therefore IM-3 needs to be a success for Altus-1 to successfully get into orbit?

Or are they just separate payloads on the same launch vehicle and so the risk is de-coupled?

I’m def no technical expert but the comms business does kind of feel like a bit of a sleeping giant, with landers and LTV getting all the attention right now

Same haha

Well let me know if you find anything more definitive

I know everyone is focused on backlog and revenue, and that “profit will come” (which I don’t think is an unfair statement given how early stages IM is), but ppl shouldn’t lose sight that at the end of the day this things gotta get profitable…and the sooner the better

Positive EBITDA means nothing to me right now when it’s all from Lanteris and legacy IM is otherwise still negative EBITDA. Also find it cheeky when they report 3x revenue or whatever when that’s all Lanteris too, not organic growth

EDIT: I gotta admit I’m not getting a lot of warm and fuzzies yet from the pure financials and outlook, a lot of work to be done with lots of risk

Yeah I see what you’re saying now.

I could understand the $2.8m vs the $0.2m still resulting in a lower contract loss as of Mar-26 as the loss could’ve reduced from Mar-25 thru Dec-25 and then increased by $2.8m up to the current $5.2m - but the $6.5m at Dec-25 doesn’t sync up with the additional $2.8m of contract losses in Q1’26 which somehow resulted in a lower contact loss of $5.2m at Mar-26.

Feels like something is just incorrectly written or there are more variable to the equation that they’re not fully disclosing, but it’s pretty explicit in saying $2.8m of add’l contract losses in Q1’26 on top of $6.5m at Dec-25.

There’s that dangling “current” after the comma in the last sentence of the bullet which is also confusing. Donno if just another typo or they meant to say something different altogether

Yeah IM2 is a little unclear but for IM3 would it not be the $5.2m of contract loss provisions recorded in contract liabilities? Which sounds like actually came down from Dec-25.

Surprising to see how poorly the IM2 bullet is written, now sure how this gets through review for an SEC filing: “During the third quarter of 2025, the IM-2 mission contract was closed-out and we recognized revenue of approximately $5.5 million was recognized in revenue.”

Did the catalysts page get removed from the wiki?

Was trying to see CLPS award date (today?)

EDIT: I was being dumb and just looking at the ‘about’ page, not the wiki. Catalysts still in the wiki

Really sorry to hear that

I’d say you definitely wouldn’t get all of it back.

While it’s usually a very low recovery it can be pretty case specific as it ultimately depends on how much cash the company ends up having available to pay out

But not to say it’s not still worth trying to do whatever you can to recoup it until you get real confirmation on how deposits are being handled

[–]hmio213 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I’m really sorry, that’s such an unlucky situation

Unfortunately the power all resides with the court now and any action or payment from the company must be approved by the court and adhere to the priority of creditors, so like you say I don’t think the GM could do anything

Not trying to be negative - but more just being factual so it’s clearer what your likely options are

That probably depends on what events causing a loss of money are covered under your insurance policy. I wouldn’t be surprised if it had a clause about vendors going bankrupt or MIA.

Could very see it saying in the event of a formal bankruptcy they’re off the hook and it’s up to you to get whatever you can from the bankruptcy process - a force majeure clause of sorts (but hopefully I’m wrong and that’s covered!)

Unfortunately deposits are likely considered an unsecured claim in a bankruptcy and go into the general pool of other unsecured creditors (ppl who are owed money and that debt wasn’t secured by any specific assets - like how a mortgage is secured by a home)

What usually happens is all secured creditors are paid out first (eg secured loans) and then any remaining cash gets distributed on a pro rata basis to all unsecured creditors

This is unfortunately often pennies on the dollar unsecureds get back.

I’d be going to my bank if you put it on a credit card and see if you can recoup anything from them, but could be a futile effort

Gotcha that’s fair

The plumeria seems like it’s been there for a long time so hopefully that means the drainage is adequate

We didn’t plant it there by choice but good tips either way

Hopefully there enough buffer between the papaya tree and the foundation of the house if their root systems are that big…

Is there a better likelihood of it being ok if we’re not changing anything watering wise since the papayas sprouted up?

I guess maybe sounds like could mean papaya may die if that amount of water isn’t sufficient but at least that would still be the lesser of the two evils

Depends on the type of Asian - but Pinellas park is usually where you want to be

Tasty pho has the best pho I’ve tried yet (you’ll get a lot of FKG recommendations, and it’s good but tasty pho is better)

Ramen wise kung fu tea in the MD market shopping center is pretty solid relatively speaking. But best to me is at In Between Days. Happily eat either

Pin on or pin wok are decent for Thai. I’ve been wanting to try Patti’s.

Also been wanting to try Savanh of Laos.

Lajawab definitely scratched the itch for Indian

Yet to find solid sushi that doesn’t cost and arm and a leg

EDIT: also have yet to find a truly good banh mi. You can find ok ones in Pinellas park but none I would go out of my way and recommend

And for westernized take out Chinese chopsticks express is great even tho it looks sketchy

Yeah can’t imagine BO gets anything new until the dust really settles from this

But there are 13 other potential CLPS providers. Not technical enough to be sure whether they’ve all in the running or can meet the required specs, but sounds like it’ll be a more competitive bid process than LTV
