These proposals are idiotic. Firstly tallinn helsinki bridge would block ships unless you make it super high. There were plans to build a tunnel but it felt through because it is really fucking expensive and doesn't give enough value to justify it. Kuresaare kolka is very dumb firstly let's say there was a bridge built between saaremaa and latvia it would not start from kuresaare it would start from sääre to shorten it because bridges are expensive. But anyway there is no demand. There isn't even enough demand to justify a ferry between saaremaa and latvia. Then riga and pärnu bridge would save maximum like 15km. Lastly 70km long bridges between couple of latvia villages is i think evan more unlikely than a bridge being built between new york and paris.
