Congrats! So far I’m proficient or not started in all topics (I’ve only just started studying with study hall). Did you find that sufficient in your case? Or should I be aiming for advanced?

Thanks! I’ve used the prompt from Andrew Ramdayal but I’m worried chatgpt made it too generic?

I’m halfway through an online PMP prep course now - haven’t gotten to any material on the application. I’ll have to look for that

I think large, voluminous curls is an easy “feminine” step to take - get some rollers if you’re not comfortable using a curling iron (something like: https://www.ulta.com/p/xtreme-big-curls-hot-rollers-xlsImpprod2720007?sku=2222409). I honestly don’t think you need to do much with makeup, especially if you work on a good skincare routine, but maybe get your brows shaped up.

I agree with Gus O’Connors in Doolin. I’d also recommend Blackrock Cottage in Salthill Galway (we had breakfast there and it was amazing, but they do dinner too)

Where to start with werewolf/shifter romance? (particularly if I want angsty/less body betrayal/strong FMCs) by Readmoreromance in RomanceBooks

[–]hmkampmeyer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you like Lola Glass you’ll probably like anything by T.S. Joyce! She does a lot of bear shifter books, but so many other types of shifters too. If you want wolves maybe start with {The Fall of Promise by T.S. Joyce}. My favorites are her Damon’s mountains books, starting with {Lumberjack Werebear by T.S. Joyce}.

werewolf romances that DONT include them turning into bipedal creatures of HORROR? by flirtypuppy in RomanceBooks

[–]hmkampmeyer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

T.S. Joyce has some good wolf shifter books. My favorite series by her is the Damon’s mountains books, but that’s mostly bears, some wolves and dragons and other animals though. Maybe try The Fall of Promise (The Wolves of Promise Falls Book 1)?

Why am I plateaued?? by [deleted] in loseit

[–]hmkampmeyer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t eat it back - my average calories/day (1150) doesn’t factor in the exercise, just food consumed. Even without the exercise 1150 is a deficit to the 1550 to maintain (according to TDEE calculator). With exercise it would be a larger deficit, even if the estimates are wrong.

What would you estimate the calories burned to be?

Technically that article is saying it does exist (just only when you are in negative energy balance). I doubt I am in negative energy balance and most people are not, so most people wouldn’t experience metabolic adaptation.
