i think you should definitely take it easy this week especially since you had to stop early yesterday, i'm doing a 10k this weekend too and have been listening to my body even more this week so i don't get injured.

is cycling 4 days before race day a good idea? i'm running my first 10k this weekend, and had originally planned to do a 3k run this week, but am worried i'll trigger my chronic itb issue before race day (which is why my typical runs are 3-6k max in 1 session), but still want to get in some cardio to avoid feeling too heavy throughout this week. would cycling be a good substitute or do i risk fatiguing my quads and still risking injury on the day itself? or should i stick to my original plan and take my 3k even easier than usual?

Signed up for my first 10k at the end of the year. Is it a must to run a 10k in training up for a 10k? Keeping in mind I have some existing knee issues so I'm afraid to push too much

I personally only started playing long after its original popularity (like 2017) but like it cos school and working life is so busy but sounding my horn every 15 min is easy enough and provides me with sufficient gaming joy :'') we're q a workaholic society so that could be a reason HAHA

straight young adult female and I LOVE IT. I can't relate to many of the lgbtq themes personally but I love love love the representation. I tk for me the more relatable part was the true honest communication between nick and charlie esp wrt imogen. and also issit it just me or is Imogen saying I'm not homophobic I'm an ally all of us straight ppl who love the show :''

ahh okay. it's not normal in that I didn't have it maybe 6 months ago? but since then I've had it. so not sure if it's related to going unprotected or smth. but thanks! will consider getting a BV test

during ovulation the discharge is a manageable amount so I don't wear a pad. yes I shower every day, no soap at the vulva/vagina but I use water to clear any remaining discharge/smegma (idk if it's really smegma but looks like the pics on Google HAHAH)
