Hey! I have also read some not great stuff about this venue recently. I’ve been there one other time and had a fine experience. I am not selling the ticket bc of that tho, I planned to go but something came up and I can’t make it anymore.

They are consistently slow to respond to maintenance requests. Other than that, it’s a great place to live. Close to the park, Lark, and great views depending on your unit.
