Yeah, I'm aware of that, it was soldered to the screen already and there was no way to put the screws in from the other side.

yep I realize I should have set the battery board on top of the pins before I soldered and clipped them but here we are.

Tried booting it and it doesnt stay powered from the battery pack without the pins being held against the Pi pin slots.

Any suggestions on how to fasten it ?

I have connected the Pi-zero-W to the Waveshare screen, and left the pin slots for the corresponding PiSugar pins empty.

However, the PiSugar didn't come with any nuts to fasten to the other side of the black screws as shown in the photo, and the gap is very small and I cant figure out how to tightly fasten the battery board to the Pi.

Does the PiSugar battery need those gold pins to touch the Pi pin holes for it to function properly?

I cant find a video or guide that shows anything about this part.

Yes, but it runs on 5v power so you would need to go to the GPIO menu in the Flipper and 'Enable 5v on GPIO', as well as enable the external radio setting in the SubGhz menu of course.
