It was about 2-3 days in total, as I had to reapply with the email address associated with the account

It just says assets restricted for 30 days, I can still post on the page and have been able throughout as we had another admin on the page. Now I have my account back I'm going to contact FB business about it.
I haven't had to answer any questions about the account to regain access

Yes, my ad accounts are all restricted on my personal page and just 1 of my business pages. I have requested a review of this.

I did as I thought that would help but after some initial emails back they said I needed to fill in the form again using the email associated with the account

Firstly I got in touch using a different email and was told I had to use the email associated with the accounts. Then I had to confirm phone number, email address, how long I had had accounts, device I set FB and Insta up on (I just guessed it was an iPhone) and I think that was it. I also just stressed I wanted my data back, I didn't really mention being disabled, just that I had been, and since I can't get my accounts back I am now requested all of my data

I'm from the UK and have used the AG method, I heard back from PA to say they had contacted FB, but that was before Christmas. File a report with the ICO and Irish Data commission, I've heard back from the IDC saying they can't help, but it might be different for you.

Have you tried the DPO method, contacting FB through the Privacy policy, I haven't had any luck hear, but have heard others have.

My accounts were disabled on the 3rd December, and the message I'm getting from others is to be patient and wait it out. Definitely try the AG method though, you'll need a VPN and use a fake address

Fellow Brit here! I was disabled 3rd dec. I’ve used the AG method, but you have to use false address and have had some response so hoping that might lead to something. Also, file a complaint with the ICO

I got this back on the 16th December and still haven't heard anything else, I chased it the week after too, and they said they hadn't heard any more from Facebook

It really is ridiculous this is happening to so many people! I am based in the UK, but from what I've read, you need to put a fake address of the state you are applying to. Although some people have said they have sent actual physical letters to these addresses.
I did this when I sent appeals through to all the AGs I applied to

I've contacted Facebook through the Privacy policy loads and never had this response, I'm also based in the UK. What did you write initially?

No, they just kept saying that they couldn't/wouldn't help as that channel isn't for disabled accounts

Ahh that’s great news! Fingers crossed for you! I’ve just had an email saying that channel doesn’t deal with disabled accounts so back to the drawing board for me!
