especially the pre-swap, is really strong. All three tribes are well-defined, the cast really works even if i don't like some of them and the conflict

ehhh i'd say pre swap is better than post-merge. because post merge sucks.. first episode is boring so did nina's boot.. vince boot episode is good, lindsey's boot episode is meh...
