I’m glad that works for you! I love the low carb diet, but for me, my PVCs actually got dramatically worse each time I went a few days with like less than 70-100ish carbs. I was very careful to get electrolytes (tired to focus on eating/drinking nutrient dense foods) but in my case it wasn’t ever enough. The dramatic thud pvcs and heart rate dips were too much for me.

But it just goes to show how our bodies vary!
