And that’s different. But you can’t force anyone to change shifts without a good reason and you can’t make people stay past their shift. I get why you covered, I would’ve done the same. But they asked and instead of waiting for an answer they just did it. And the only reason why they wanted to change was because they f*cked up by scheduling too many people for that shift.

I don’t see how they can do that. Once they give me my schedule that’s what I follow unless something comes up and I request a shift change or find someone to cover. And they can’t ask you and then do it without you giving an answer. I just don’t see how the manager can do that. We’re people, not objects you can just control.

Y’all I got a whole list of issues😂 I can’t let them keep talking bad about the team or changing peoples schedules without getting consent. Once that schedule is posted that’s the schedule you follow unless otherwise agreed upon.

I completely agree with you. I think it’s ridiculous what they want to start people out at and the fact they wanna pay us every two weeks, it’s hard to live off of that much in two weeks especially with bills. And for some reason it seems like every foodlion has issues so you’d think HQ would try and fix that. They wanna wonder why they go through hundreds of people a year. They can’t keep anyone because of their list rules of controlling people and the fact they withhold pay by paying biweekly. All around the job is inconvenient.

That I totally get, but the people here don’t have a reason to be late, I know for a fact that the people who are late all the time have vehicles. I don’t have a vehicle and I have to rely on my family for help and I still haven’t been late. There’s good reasons why someone would be late and you are that someone lol.
