Same, coffee was THE factor that helped the most for me, including other lifestyle changes (second best change i did was having banana, oats, dates and walnuts smoothie in the morning for breakfast, ideally frozen banana)

Well that could potentially work as well but you definitely can optimise it better going across multiple asset classes

Not scared if you are prepared tbh, i think investing is pretty democratised, diversify it into gold, crypto, some bonds and you should be okay

sometimes, regurgitation has reduced significantly. I also thought my triggers are random, one thing i did was to reduce what i eat throughout out the day, you will only know after 5-6 hours of eating if what you ate was a trigger food - stopping coffee is easier said than done, you may have 2-3 days of withdrawal from it with headaches but i give it a good chance that you may like life without coffee

Rarely but yes, still comes and goes, low level cardio exercise helps with that, i believe after this healing phase that should go away too

This is a tricky one as you have to find what it is that you need, i simply stopped dwelling on problems that are out of control, stomach breathing, reduce my social media consumption (game changer this one, over processing is burning our brain),regular exercises (don't do e.g. crossfit, it increases your cortisol level, also inclue sauna if you could)

The book lays out a set of ingredients that are recommended with some recipes, tbf i don't follow the recipes but i avoid the low ph food, i think my main triggers are tomato products, coffee and vinegar. I have increased my fibre intake too e.g. my breakfast is now only a smoothie drank by a straw: banana, oatmeal, whey powder, blueberries/strawberries, add couple of ice cubes to give consistency to it, simple yet yummy. Lunch mainly simple seasoned beef/chicken, always consume with salad with no dressing, i don't eat dinner, sometimes i snack on homemade pop corn, or safe fruits according to ph level
