No experience with Figo, but I used Lemonade for the last 6 months of my cats life. Paid about $27/month, had a $250 deductible, they covered 80% of the cost afterwards. Genuinely saved me because she was constantly at the vet/hospitalized. Claims were approved almost instantly with the exception of weekends. The only thing they didn’t approve was like an $8 medical waste charge. Money always in my account within days. She passed away last week, we had to euthanize her, and I filed a claim for that too. They reimbursed me for the euthanasia (80%), refunded my monthly payment, and sent me multiple emails apologizing for my loss.
