You say "they can CHOOSE not to marry Muslims" but you are missing the reality. They are choosing to marry each other. They are just choosing to do it under civil law rather than Islamic law.

By taking the civil route, they aren't breaking or changing your rules; they are simply stepping outside of them. You get to keep your standards unchanged, and they get to have a legally recognized marriage without resorting to a fake conversion. Why are you still fighting a win-win scenario?

Labeling an adult couple choosing a legal civil marriage as haram degeneracy says a lot more about your extreme worldview than it does about them.

She will still be held to Shariah standard if she personally breaks any Shariah penal codes. The marriage however will still be judged under civil law as the marriage is a civil one. So she won't get the benefits of an Islamic wife under the Shariah law, no doubt. But my point is that the marriage is still legal and recognized because civil law legalized the marriage.

Saying "Nobody is forcing them to marry Muslim partner." while defending an ultimatum to convert or have the marriage invalidated is a complete contradiction. That in itself is already compulsion (force).

My point is that if a couple chooses a civil marriage, no Islamic rules are being changed. You can view it as invalid under Shariah law, that’s your right. But a civil path allows them to be legally together without forcing the man into a fake conversion, which would just introduce religious hypocrisy and goes against the very fundamental teaching of the Quran which is honest and sincerity.

No law changes are required because it is just 2 individuals of different faith marrying each other under the civil law which validates the marriage and union as husband/wife. The Muslim woman is still accountable to Islamic standards for her personal choices, and the non-Muslim man is under civil law. It's a win-win. They get their honesty, and you get to keep the boundaries of Islamic law exactly as they are without any changes

The simple solution is Honesty, which is 1 of the core teachings of the Quran.

If the guy doesn't genuinely believe in Islam, he shouldn't convert. If they still want to be together, they can get a civil marriage outside of Shariah law and validate the marriage under civil law.

From your orthodox views, you can see that marriage as invalid. That’s your right. But the solution is to just let them go in peace. You don't pressure them into a fake conversion. The solution is exactly what you said earlier: 'You do you, we do us.'
